CONGRESSMAN GOLEZ DENOUNCES RAILROADING OF COMMITTEE APPROVAL OF CHARTER CHANGE RESOLUTION: Congressman Roilo Golez (Independent, 2d Paranaque City) denounced the railroading of the Charter Change resolution in the Committee on Constitutional Amendments. Golez said that the 61-page Resolution to amend or revise the 1987 Constitution was discussed for less than a minute before the committee voted on it. Golez said that a resolution of such importance should have been discussed for several days.
