GOLEZ WATER PROJECT: Since his election in 1992, Congressman Roilo Golez has delivered numerous deep and shallow wells and arranged the installation of running water in various communities. On of his water projects is the Cul-de-Sac Waterworks system which has brought water to hundreds of homes.
