GOLEZ LAUNCHES P80B KAMPINOMICS: Cong. Roilo Golez announced the launching of his economic plan called KAMPINOMICS which he named after his party, KAMPI, after his partymates unanimously approved during their seminar workshop held 19 February 2005 at Clark Development Zone. It consists of a flagship program which involves the amount from off budget sources of P80 billion to be allocated at P2 million each to the country's more than 40,000 barrios in non-urban areas. The P80 billion barrio fund shall be relent to deserving families for use in micro-enterprises. Aside fro the Barrio Fund, KAMPINOMICS includes support for industrial parks, call centers, ICT projects, promotion of more Overseas Filipino Workers deployment and upgrading of labor capability to make the Philippines more attractive to foreign investors. Golez stated that his party shall be known as the party that shall focus on enhancing income for all Filipinos, whether barrio folks or big businessmen, high tech workers, young professionals or overseas workers.
