GOLEZ ADDRESSES ARELLANO UNIVERSITY STUDENTS: Cong. Roilo Golez, Independent, one of the leaders in the Impeachment Complaint against President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo, was one of the guest speakers in the recently conducted student forum on the Impeachment Process held in Arellano University. Golez gave the student body a briefing on the Garci tapes and what laws were apparently violated by the President.
